Sarah Horne, of Sarah Horne Flowers is one of just 8 floral designers from the UK to have her work featured in the prestigious International Annual of Floral Art.

I was so thrilled when ‘Stichting Kunstboek’ wrote and inviting me to submit my work last year, but was fully aware that only 1 in 4 of the designers make it into the International Annual,' says Sarah
